Brynn feels a pain in her chest and at the site of her wound. She leans against the head of the bed, lost in thought, and the nurse sees her like this. The nurse gently asks, "Miss Williams, would you like to eat some more?"
"I'm full, just put it here, I'll sleep a bit more." After Brynn speaks, she lies back down.
The nurse assumes that Brynn is tired from the surgery and silently stands watch nearby.
