"ARE. YOU. INSANE!?!?!" Was all that Solomon could scream as they left the castle, gripping the Card Magician by his shoulders and shaking him like a maraca. "YOU WANT US TO FIGHT THAT!?"
"Well, we don't really have much of an option. One guy wants everything dead, the other is probably more keen on training us through combat than actually hiring us." Harvard's response would make the Biblical Sorcerer go mad; running around, screaming, punching a nearby wall without using Might of Samson, rolling around the black tiles, ruffling his white hair, nearly ripping a sign off of the ground and swinging it like a bat, before being held back by Shady, and more shaking to the boy. Eventually, he does tire himself and calms down. "I'm not wrong, am I?"
"No, No you're not. I just.....REALLY hate you for instigating TWO KINGDOMS in a damn Trifecta." He'd groan as he'd let his Shadow cradle him like a baby as they walked out.
"To be honest, I'm... actually glad you went with trying to fight King as well. We really need ALL the strength we can muster if we wish to go up against that Patriciding, Mask Hiding, Jolly chump of a denizen." Stolas would state, smiling to the boy as he understood the assessment. Harvard merely gave a thumbs up to the Avian and a cheeky smile, as per his usual demeanor.
"Well, now what? Who can we call up to help fight against... Whatever the hell those guys have. They're actually pretty smart in hiding them in cloaks. Can't really make up what kind of magic they have based on appearance alone..." Zazel asked, as he'd try to cast a Sigil to summon a demon that would let them travel across Omega's Circle without the need to tire each other out and lose such energy reserves.
"Well.... We're going to need to get our own folks, right? Anyone you guys thinking of that can help out?" Harvard asked, as he'd let them ponder a bit at who they could consider fighting alongside with them.
"Adel is probably our best pick in this. He's actually shown to endure as much damage as possible, and has pretty good hand-to-hand. We may need to have him leave his wife out though, I don't know if he'll be okay with that." Zazel began, as he'd summon forth Stolas, the massive, multi-handed owl that would stretch its limbs out, letting them act as stairs for them to scale up. His recollection and short time spent in seeing the newly trained serpentine man would let him catch his breath, knowing he made an easy decision.
"Teach and Anne can come too! Haven't seen what they improved with since Calico's magic sealed all of us, so they might have something cooking!" Stolas would add, as he'd be the first to climb up on his monstrous self.
"Gabriel and Natalie should be next then. He's definitely changed since his usual... annoying self, not gonna lie, and Natalie's hand stuff can probably come in handy if we don't have enough ranged options!" Harvard would finish, as he'd get set in creating a sigil of his own, allowing Zazel to feed him the energy necessary to summon the four Lesser Monsters, minimizing his own cost for the production to spare as much energy as they can: Yata, Neko, Nue, and Kyu. He'd let the air shift as they take to the sky, walking and flying on their respective atmosphere as fast as their little legs and wings can, all to search them out.
Solomon, however, was quick to add onto one more request. "We may also need to get those two, probably. Tsukiya and Envy." Shady would take shape once more, petting his owner's head, as the Biblical Sorcerer would direct him to reach down and act as such hooks, ready to catch them.
"To prevent that whole Apocalypse scenario, right?" Harvard asked.
"Bingo. If they get to King's hands, he's probably gonna do that suicidal tactic Stolas talked about, which may or may not have Tsukiya in his ranks. If Sozo gets his hands on them, he's axing them both, no question's asked. I will admit that this may pose our own risks, as we basically painted an even bigger target on ourselves, No thanks to you-"
"Hey! You try talking to them!"
"-Point is, we gotta be on our guard 24/7... and probably brace for as much as we can. Some people.....WILL Die in this. Everyone okay with knowing that potential cost?" Solomon's words hung in the air, much to their dismay. Despite losing such lives already and not wanting another, they cannot deny that such will always be the case when it comes to a war. They saw it firsthand, after all, in the story they were forced to roam in. The boys nodded to the Biblical Sorcerer's words, well-aware of their choice. "Alright... Just wanting to check. It's going to hurt once-"
KA-BOOOM!!! KA-BOOOOOM!!!!!
Two explosions made in the sky, fireworks in the air, as two bodies leave the massive castle. Furthermore, Tsukiya and Envy would be quick on leaving from a nearby window, letting them land on the hooks Shady casted, with the latter using its tar-like body to attach itself onto the former, acting as a net in case she lets go. Despite a visible hostility nearly possessing them, they would try their hardest to calm the storm within them, as they began to climb. "It's begun. The War's finally started..."
"This feels more like a Tournament than a War, now that I think about it..." Harvard would ponder, prompting Solomon to look at him as if he committed a felony.
"HOW EXACTLY DOES THIS-"
"Both are fighting for something, aren't they? Both have their personal units, who most likely have their OWN goals on top of everything. Adding us to the equation... It feels like a Deathmatch for everyone involved. A Tournament!"
"...I seriously think you were dropped on your head as an infant."
"Nah! I ain't THAT clumsy!"
