"It's our previous Chief's Partial Transformation," Councilman Hyak shouted in a hurry and rallied the rest of the Councilmen. It seems his madness progressed in a specific direction, allowing him to break free from his imprisonment."
"I'm afraid he considers himself as Brangara at the moment." By then, all the Councilmen except Yoribu had assumed Pranic Beast forms.
