Sonia's POV
This isn't that Sam I considered as a friend some weeks ago. This can't be my friend.
"Moreover, mark my words that you'll surely regret ever choosing that good for nothing over me, I promise you this, mark my words. He won't even last on earth to begin with." He said while walking to his swivel chair.
"Can I leave now?" I asked while trying my best to stop myself from shedding tears of pain in front of him.
"Listen, from today henceforth, you're to serve my tea as usual and have a good chat with me before anything." He said with a low voice, yet, his eyes were similar to that of a devil and only by staring at it my heart pounded against my rib cage.
"Yes sir." I responded and he waved at me to leave. I didn't wait for any split second.
Furthermore, I rushed to the company's clinic and had my leg bandaged and also received some tetanus injection before walking back to my cubicle. Sam can't expect me to remain in these premises after his behavior just now.
