After exiting the chamber, with my now 15 pregnant wives. A time where my new sister-in-laws couldn't help but celebrate with my wives. One in particular through tears, smiled.
"It's wonderful, truly wonderful dear sisters. I'm so happy for you" Her husband wiped the tears away. "After all this time, your long time wish has come true. I just know you'll make excellent mothers."
The chaos only grew once my sisters joined in the celebrating. Even though there was a large swarm of family around myself and my wives, there was a certain group of family that was a little hesitant. They were terrified of meeting me, my brother-in-laws.
"Hmm, it seems like they're a little scared of me…"
Once I whispered that, some of my sisters started pulling their husbands over to greet me. There were numerous awkward moments but it all ended peacefully. I'm not going to complain about the issues I see in those men if they've already married into the family, so long as they don't try anything stupid.
Something else to note was that my brothers took up to 3 wives each, it resulted in an average of 2. My sisters on the other hand, each was rather powerful and influential, as a result some of them had taken multiple men as their husbands. The more interesting thing was that aside from two of my sisters, the rest had taken a mix of men and women partners. Some had multiple wives, who were in essence just incredibly close friends that did a lot of fun things with each other.
"Wow, it's great to see so many of you having partners. But, it doesn't seem like you've sired any offspring yet. Is there a reason?"
Yang Xingjuan perked up, and looked over to Su Yan, received a warm expression, and then sat on my lap facing me. "Brother, Big sisters have been waiting for this day for so long. The rest of us sisters and brothers wanted to wait until they could realize their wish, before we even tried."
I looked around and saw many heads nodding the same way. "I see, so that's how it was. And what would you have done if I hadn't ever made it back?"
She started squirming, clearly expecting something. "We would wait until Mother started threatening us to have their grandbabies." She continued, doing her best womanly embrace. "But, brother, you know as well as I that there's no man alive that I could conceive with. So what am I to do, brother? How should I handle this?"
I smiled, and chuckled a little. "So this is the secret that you wanted to let me see for myself."
My head wife Huo Lei giggled, and leaned her head upon my shoulder. "I learned a lot when you pulled off that transformation ability of yours. One of those things is that you also have a minimum requirement for conception in that form. I also happen to know that you can change the ability to make it safe in another way."
"You're right, there isn't a man alive that can help you with that, my beautiful sister." I smiled, hoping to let this finish up without any other issues.
"Well, brother, there is one who can do it. I just need to convince him of it. What's more I love him with all my heart, and I know he loves me back!" Her stare turned flushed. "I already have my mother's permission… So, will you play with me brother, I love you?"
Yang Luan, noticing that it was her time to start speaking as well, began. "Big brother, it may not be normal, but neither are any of us. We don't even have to marry, either because we're already family. And! We know that you can scramble whatever you need to so there's no birth issues." She took a breath and then joined her sister in our rather sensational embrace.
"Big brother, it's not just us by the way. But we've decided to settle for starting with us."
I was now at a definitive crossroads. I had to make a choice between; doing what they wanted while ignoring just how crazy that it was, or refusing their advances even despite their efforts to make it possible. It was time to think about this, but when I used the link that I shared with them… The senses I got from them were simply that overwhelming… There wasn't a choice in this matter, I could only accept this as the only outcome.
"You never grew out of that phase did you?" I chuckled.
The two sisters had a puzzled look come across their faces. Then they looked at each other and then glanced back towards me. "What phase brother?"
"The one where you said you wanted to marry me."
"That wasn't a phase dear brother."
"That's right, it's just we learned it's no longer required."
""Now take care of us, big brother!""
I sighed inwardly, then answered with a feeling through our connections. "This may not be the answer you really wanted, but this is all I'm comfortable with doing for the moment."
The two of them remained confused for a little bit. But once they understood the underlying meaning, their faces brightened.
After that rather awkward experience, I spent every day with my wives. Tending to every single one of their needs. The months went by in a flash, yet every single day was fulfilling. It all continued this way until my wives began giving birth. It took a few days, but all of my children were safely delivered into the world.
Ning Chang, being the ever doting type, looked at all of my children. "Interesting, none of them seem to have any instability issues like you and your other siblings."
Su Yan, being all giddy with the sight of so many grandbabies, especially thankful for Huo Lei who gave birth to triplets. "Awe, who cares about that now? I'm more concerned with enjoying their preciousness. So cute!" She softly nuzzled each one, one by one.
I chuckled, seeing the response. "Well, Mother Ning, the reason isn't too difficult to figure out. Afterall, I'm a perfect harmony of dragon and phoenix. Even if another source is introduced, it won't be strong enough to disturb the harmony. Rather, it will be forced to integrate properly."
"So that's why you wanted to make sure your wives were so strong? It was to ensure a perfect outcome."
