"After all that! All that preparation you fall just as easily as before, old buddy. This is exactly what I mean to give someone who's powerless a power and they will use it sometimes better than the original if they can really push themselves and think outside the box." Kelly laughs maniacally as he continues to twist his boot further into the back of Pyres skull keeping him pinned to the mud face down.
"You'll never be as good as the original." Pyre growls, managing to shift his face out of the mud.
"You're right I won't. I will surpass the original in my own way, I've been given the chance to do so finally in this cruel world." Kelly marvels in awe at his own brilliance looking out how well he managed to take down Pyre.
"You have no right to call it cruel when you yourself know what suffering led for you to get the power." Pyre retorts full of venom knowing the kind of suffering an innocent soul must have gone through for Kelly to obtain their power.
