Luna was speechless.
"Luna, where have you been? I've been looking for you all over the place," interrupted Nidia as she scurried over.
Seeing Nidia come up to them, Samuel went silent.
His gaze shifted away. Then he took out a cigarette from a metal case in his pocket before putting it in his mouth.
With his eyes peering on the floor, he lit the cigarette and took a drag before walking away silently.
Nidia looked at him from behind and asked Luna, "What happened between you two? You told me before that he dislikes you. Don't tell me he bullied you!" In fact, Nidia had been worried that Samuel did not like Luna. Guys were like that. They did not like their sisters, even if they were blood-related. Let alone Luna was just his godsister.
Luckily, Luna was going to start her school semester soon. She didn't have to face Samuel at the Brown mansion anymore.
Nidia breathed a sigh of relief at that thought.
Luna shook her head and said, "No, he didn't bully me at all!"
