- Some of the rarest and most coveted individuals across all worlds and realities are those who can influence the powers of others. Those who can nullify abilities render once-formidable foes as vulnerable as ordinary beings. Those who amplify gifts can tip the scales in their allies' favor at critical moments.
- Some beings even possess the capacity to copy, alter, or steal abilities—temporarily or permanently. You can do all this and more. The only limit to how long your changes last is your own will. You have complete mastery over abilities—able to suppress, enhance, transform, replicate, or extract them at will. Whether or not this removes the source of someone's gift entirely is your choice. Transferring abilities from one individual to another is effortless for you, and stacking multiple powers onto a single person poses no challenge.
- You also possess a daily pool of five Essence Charges. The quality and quantity of charges can be increased by becoming stronger or use the charges to create a power that can increase it. Each charge allows you to create a new, original ability—one that is not tied to any external source. These "pure abilities" are shaped entirely by your will.
- A charge creates an ability of moderate to high power.
- Spending multiple charges allows you to increase potency, break limits, add versatility, or imbue powers with complex functions.
- Abilities you create are intrinsically linked to you. You can sense them regardless of distance, across dimensions, timelines, or universes. You may alter or empower them even after gifting them to others. Until formally granted, created powers remain entirely yours.
- You may also use your charges to augment your own capabilities, including boosting any powers you've acquired, created, or obtained from other sources.
- You possess a broad-range detection ability that allows you to sense powered individuals and active abilities within a large radius, providing insight into their type, strength, and nature.
- Any transformation, enhancement, or suppression you perform can be reversed at will. You can dismantle any ability you've created, though you will not recover spent charges.
- In a multiverse teeming with gifted champions, alien technology, divine blessings, cursed artifacts, and evolved powers, you are the one who controls the flow of power itself—the unseen architect behind every rise and fall.]
- The factors that kept your powers growth and ability in check are completely done away with. At a base this doubles the number of slots and charges you have available. Your power growth skyrockets, with your power doubling in strength every year if you do nothing. Actually fighting/using the power on a regular basis drops this down to massively. Each such interval also increases the number of slots and charges your power provides by one. Your powers refuse to be kept in check, rendering you immune to trumps who would try to effect your abilities.
