"Hmm.." Muttered by a Limereal whose right hand can be seen caressing his bearded chin after examining the grand assembly. "Odd as usual, not even bothering to show himself for so long." Though the Limereal mumbled it out in the open, it was more than enough to catch the attention of Orgal's ears, who now looked at the Limereal that mentioned it.
"Your grace, if he does come, what will we do? When he comes here unannounced and would not have a place to be welcomed. After all, he didn't take part in our gathering three times already before, and so I didn't arrange a seat for him anymore." Hearing that, the Limereal simply smiled brightly at Orgal before avoiding those uncanny gaze of his.
Talkan raised his right hand, "Fret not, Orgal.. I believe he won't do what you're thinking out of spite." Orgal's plastic expression simply dripped a green pus, while Talkan's bulging eyes gazed at another Limereal. "Isvel, did he.. perhaps say that he will attend?" Talkan asked, while witnessing her figure jolt for a moment.
She felt alarmed by the question itself, especially since it already garnered all of the Limereal's attention, yet she could only shake her head, embarrassed to say that she ran out without hearing a response. Talkan closed his eyes for a moment before letting out a chuckle at Isvel's reaction, "In any case, we.. cannot wait for him any longer." We.. have important matters to discuss, and his.. continuous absence merely delays.. the inevitable."
Like a synchronous mind, they all agreed and so Isvel started the discussion pertaining to various issues and conflicts that were happening within the territories, as well as ways to maintain balance and order before arriving at the subject of conquest. However, their deliberation was abruptly stopped by a screaming Ennulsean. Seeing what's happening made a yellow necked Limereal sigh in disappointment, it seemed like the Ennulsean was trying to usher out another member using his profound power but to no effect.
'I never intended to do this but since you consistently ignored my voice..' The Ennulsean thought, fully knowing that what he had done was dangerous, especially in their eyes, yet also knew that he could justify his actions and so the Ennulsean smiled internally while showing anger on the outside, 'You can only blame yourself for being so foolish!'
"You must be out of your mind, occupying a designated seat! I demand you to apologize right now or I will make sure that you regret ever coming here!" The Ennulsean yelled, while pointing out the crest behind the seat that had his name. Certainly, he was a direct servant of a Limereal named Ghram. The others who knew of Ghram's reputation simply shook their heads in disbelief as they too, clearly felt disgusted by the goofy scene unfolding before them.
'This is madness, yeah, bring the others along with you to damnation..!' One of the members thought, while looking at their colleague before switching his eyes towards the mysterious member, who remained unconcerned, 'and how could you not read the marks to know?!' Each Ennulsean within this group wished they weren't under Ghram's rule, due to all the suffering they had to experience.
Meanwhile, the other groups seemed to indulge from this fuss, as all of them had stern expressions that covered their cunning thoughts, 'Burn more bridges, and your heads on top..' They knew his aggressive behavior, much like his master. Meanwhile, the other groups seemed to indulge from this fuss, as all of them had stern expressions that covered their cunning thoughts, 'Burn more bridges, and your heads on top..' They knew his aggressive behavior, much like his master.
'For him to not only cross Ghram's follower, but also do such a thing in front of the esteemed Limereals? Especially towards lord Orgal?' Was included in their thoughts. Being disrupted by the sudden noise, yet the Limereals were more impressed upon looking at the mysterious form of the member.
Ghram, another Limereal from the Or'on Sphere and ruler of several minor galaxies, showing himself with a pair of glasses on his eyes, alongside that brass colored neck that influenced a part of his chin, a chiseled jawline and a clean combed hair. Always having a serious look on his face despite lacking any hair on his lower cheeks, however, this was not his real face and that Ghram was indeed a terrible being.
Regardless of his appearance, Ghram couldn't help but feel irritated by his follower's outburst. The mysterious member remained unfazed after being the center of attention, his gaze seemed fixated solely on the gathered Limereals. It was clear to him that they couldn't determine his identity, but that was no surprise. With the powers of the Aether Orb at his command, the Individual's face was a reflection of everyone's depiction of the universe- impossible to pin down.
Perhaps it was already time for him to make a move, when he stood up from his seat, as the Individual slowly made his way towards Ghram's follower, surprising the latter unexpectedly while continuing to release his profound powers. The only thing Ghram's follower remembered was a hand being extended and the subtle feeling of strangulation before his vision slowly dissipated, together with the control on his body.
Hearing the poor Ennulsean's neck reverberate first in their ears, the Ennulseans tried to make sense of what happened as the sound continued to linger within their thoughts while the body- now corpse, crumpled like a disposable rag. Totally helpless, the silly follower had a groan released from his mouth, at least.
Ghram launched himself away from his seat, feeling a little disappointed at the poor servant, who instantly died without having the chance to fight back. Nevertheless, maybe because it was his own servant being done in front of his eyes that there was no need for any more discussions. The obelisk on top began to collapse in front of Ghram's power, as its entirety fell towards the mysterious member alongside the group, but Ghram made sure to appear before the Individual to strike him down.
During that split second of an exchange, Ghram became increasingly skeptical upon feeling his hand after striking the Individual. All while the dust occupied the place around them, as it cleared by the powers of the Limereals. The mysterious member was gone, leaving only the victims from Ghram's assault. 'Strange..' Ghram stood still, as if he was in a sort of trance. He looked back to where the Limereals were before sensing someone emerge so closely behind him, impaling his heart before Ghram could even fully turn.
"Kughhk!" Ghram let out a painful groan, his suspicions had now become true, simply from that simple exchange that they did. It has been centuries for something like this to happen to him, a taste of his own blood, but he forced himself to hold the urge as the silver liquid simply dripped out of his lips, unable to control the gnashing on his teeth and having an expression of regret.
No one could have evaded that attack of his, no one should, except for someone, and that someone was what Ghram wished to battle properly. Remembering the things before the attack from earlier, where the mysterious member was a disguise while showing an unconcerned demeanor, transformed Ghram's regret into anger.
Since it had gone this way, Ghram set all of his power amok, changing the look of his figure into that of Inferno by splitting the world. However, the Individual never released him, causing Ghram to snarl in surprise. "Fool!" Ghram yelled, gripping the Individual's forearm from potentially getting away.
Grinning in a second that turned into laughter, planning to take the Individual alongside him, "Now, DIE!" Just when Ghram was about to combust himself, the Individual's other hand impaled Ghram's abdomen before the two arms moved in opposite directions, sending his other half through the air.
From Ghram's body, oozed a familiar liquid, sprinkling the place with silver colored blood, the blood of an esteemed Limereal. The sound of flesh slamming towards the hard ground was deafening, especially when it came from a Limereal. One after the other, the Ennulseans began to flee, while those with mouths screamed upon deducing the mysterious member's identity.
Seeing the gushing corpse of their companion was a numbing feeling to witness, but that didn't stay for too long as Talkan immediately stood up to greet the Individual responsible of Ghram's death. "Great One, I see that it is you.. that has come." Said Talkan, whose left foot simply created a little space behind the other, while extending his right hand towards the Individual before bowing his head. An existence of Terror acting so submissively, the other Limereals had no choice and so did the same.
Finally, after what seemed to be a standstill, the Individual revealed his shrouded face. Orgal quickly made his move, presenting his new appearance to the Individual, but Orgal was only met with the word, "Quiet." Before he could even utter a single sound. They have not forgotten those distinguishable looks of his, as it was the face they never wanted to see, "Isvel."
