After dealing with the humans and boarding the boat back home, the four of us could finally relax.
No more dealing with bandits, racist humans, elitists, and the weird head master of Beacon.
Is what I would love to say, if I wasn't floating in the air from a punch from Sienna.
How was I I this situation? Let's go back a few minutes to see how this happened in the first place.
After the four of us boarded the boat, and the captain had raised the plank, we saw some of the humans reaching the docks with their weapons drawn.
Only to hurl insults and threats towards us, some had aimed their weapons at us, but I then shouted they had to pay for damages.
Hearing this, they could only lower their weapons and head back the way they came.
"Well, alls well that ends well." I was going to head towards the sleeping quarters to leave my bag.
Only to feel Sienna's fist slam onto my face, sending me into the air, with my aura lighting up.
Once I had flipped a few times in the air, I landed onto my feet and massaged my face.
"What was that that for!?" I asked her, I didn't say anything rude or harsh to her.
In the end, I only received a scoff and her back facing me, followed by Ilia and Blake.
I was confused on why Sienna did this, until one of the men came up to me and knelt down to my side.
"What'd you say to make her mad?" I could only shrug at him and soon followed them.
Once I followed them, I saw Sienna, Ilia and Blake in one room. I wanted to enter the room to talk with them, only to be stopped by Ilia.
"Sorry about this, but Sienna wants you to sleep by yourself." She then slammed the door in front of my face, leaving me standing outside with my bag.
"Rude, but fair if she is mad." I nodded to myself and entered my room, placing my bag onto the bed.
However, the thought on why Sienna was mad stayed fresh in my mind, since I was curious to why she was mad in the first place.
'Have you ever thought that what you did back at the inn was dangerous?' Hearing my grandfather ask that, I couldn't help but think.
"Fair, but it was the best way for them to take the first swing, besides, Sienna looked like she wanted to cave her face in." I pointed out.
'Fair, if a woman wants to provoke you, provoke her by insulting her figure.' I nodded at his words, I then heard knocking at the door, wondering who could it be.
Outside was Sienna, who looked nervous, but her arms were crossed, and her ears were flat on her head.
"C-can I come in?" She asked, her eyes glanced at me for a second, but they soon moved away.
"Um, sure, I haven't unpacked yet, but you can sit on the bed." Sienna was hesitant at first, but then made her way inside.
Once I closed the door and sat next to her, things became awkward, neither of us could say a word.
"I wanted to-" The both of us spoke at the same time, with the exact same words.
"No you, I insist." The two of us ended up giggling at what we did, making us feel at ease.
"Aiko, I just wanted to say, that what you did, was pretty stupid." Sienna started, I couldn't really deny it, since I did insult a woman.
"But, that was pretty bad ass." I looked at her in surprise, seeing a small red hue tinting her tanned skin.
"Don't worry, I'll do it when I'm older." I said with a smug grin on my face, this caused her to cover her mouth and her body to slightly shiver.
"G-geez, I don't know what to worry abut the most. Women chasing you after you insult them, or you insulting them in general." I only smiled and shrugged my shoulders.
"If they start the fight, I'm going to finish it, besides, these hands are supporters for gender equality." I raised my fists and began to punch the air.
"Sure kid." Sienna smiled and stood up, only to turn back around and kneel down, placing her lips on my head.
"Don't be a menace to everyone." Was the final thing she said and left, I was speechless on what she did.
'Damn looks like your a grower, not a shower.' I heard my grandpa said, causing me to snap out of my stupor, only to look down.
"I hate puberty." Was the last thing I said before turning in for the night.
TIME SKIP
It's been three days since our departure from the main land, and things have been tense for me.
Ever since Sienna did what she did, grandpa has been teasing me every chance he could get, while my mother was mumbling about something.
Besides that, Sienna would constantly ruffle my hair, I told her many times to stop, but she would continue to do so.
I ended up hiding from her to prevent her to touch my hair, since it takes me half an hour to do so, this includes brushing my tails.
However, the three day journey soon came to an end, and the four of us stared at our home.
Menagerie, it was a place that I had missed dearly, and somewhere I wanted to be after protesting in Atlas.
"Looks like we're here, it was a long journey." Said Sienna, who placed her hands on Blake and my head, staring at us with a smile.
"I'm hoping after this, we can still train with one another." Her smile was genuine, and her eyes showed hope. Both me and Blake stared at one another, but ended up nodding.
"Of course, you're the one we want to fight against." We both replied with bright smiles.
"Oh, Ilia, you should come by as well, so you can try Aiko's tea." She said and held Ilia's hand, jumping up and down.
"I-I would love to, I-if it's alright with him." She said while glancing at me only to look away, with her freckles to change from brown to pink.
After making the promise, we soon arrived at the docks, where multiple Faunus waited for us.
In front of the entire group was our parents, I could see dad crossing his arms, with tears in his eyes.
Meanwhile, mom was holding dad's arm with a gentle smile, she gently patted his arm, trying to calm him down.
As soon as the ramp was lowered, both me and Blake ran towards them, our arms extended for a hug.
As I ran, I began to drop my disguise, my hair began to extend, and my nine tails began to flow behind me, exposing what I truly looked like.
"Mom, dad!" We both shouted and jumped into them, dad was the first to kneel down, hugging the both of us and letting his tears fall.
"My children, its so good to see you, I'm glad your are safe." He said with a shivering voice.
"We missed you too dad." Blake cried, hugging him tightly, as if he was about to disappear.
"We're home." I said wiping the tears from my eyes, mom soon knelt down and hugged the three of us.
"Welcome home my kitten, and my kit." She said with happiness, her tears didn't flow as freely as dad, but she still cried with joy.
"Welcome Blake and Aiko!" The entire group shouted, celebrating our return, dad then hoisted me and Blake on his shoulders, carrying us to our home.
Many people began to wave and smiled at our return, the adults smiled, while the kids surrounded our dad, wanting to get close to us.
Yet they didn't cause any problems on our way back home, after walking, dad placed us on the ground, where the kids instantly hugged us, all of them speaking at the same time.
Some asked how was the trip, others asked if we had to fight any humans, and others asked how was the protest.
In the end, the entire village had a feast on our return, it wasn't too big, since we have little resource to use.
But it was an enjoyable feast in the end, once it had ended, oth mo and dad carried us back home.
Blake in moms arms, while I was in the arms of dad, the two of us were barely awake from the fun we had, and the food we ate.
As we arrived at our manor, they walked straight to our room, placing both me and Blake on the bed, where the two of us instantly hugged one another.
My tails then wrapped around the both of us, causing the two of us to smile in our sleep, seeing this, mom and dad smiled and kissed us goodnight.
'Welcome home our children.' They both thought and closed the door, watching us as we sleep soundly.
