"They do?!" Arabella looked around and did not notice anything different.
"Yes, they do.
It's not yet that easily spotted since they have only absorbed small amounts.
Likewise, we are using spells to prevent too much of our mana from leaking out.
We have also trained to hold it in so we won't cause drastic changes to our surroundings.
But if we keep visiting this same location, the changes will be more observable," Ferdinand clarified.
"I see," Arabella nodded as she glanced at the plants.
Slight change was observable to Ferdinand and the others who had trained eyes. But to her, the plants did not seem different from when they just arrived here.
"The flowers in the garden beside your room have better blooms because they absorb some of your mana every night," Ferdinand cited as an example for her to understand it more easily.
"My mana?" Arabella tilted her in surprise at the mention of hers. "Isn't it your mana that they absorb?"
