Mr. Stanley: Hope you enjoyed your weekend as you always do.
Mom: Mr. Stanley asked in a tease.
James: Of course we did. Why wouldn't we?
Mom: James replied with the same level of tease, and the class was in an uproar.
Mr. Stanley: Alright, alright, settle down, everyone. On to the topic of the day.
Mom: I looked around and realized Collin wasn't in class. It was strange since he had never missed a class since he came and was almost always punctual. I wanted to confront him about what happened two days before.
I never heard from him after he left that evening, and the thought of the person bowing kept lodging in my head. I tried calling him, but the call never went through. It was always cut off. I couldn't get everything that happened out of my mind.
From the mansion, the porcelain doll, and the tent to that beautiful moonlit sky, and the stranger I couldn't see on the road. It was frustrating. I really needed to speak to Collin.
Then, out of nowhere, my eyes met someone.
Rose: Eugene?
Mom: I had actually forgotten about him.
His expression was unreadable, but one thing was for sure, he had never stared at me with such an expression before. Before I could react, he averted contact.
Tracy: What was that for?
Mom: Tracy asked. It seemed she noticed.
Rose: I...I don't know. I stated truthfully.

Collin: I thought I told you I had everything under control, Logan. Why was Didi sent after me?
Logan: It was your father's orders, Collin. He has his eyes on you.
Collin: I find that hard to believe. He wants nothing to do with me even Lucia confirmed it.
Logan: He makes it seem that way, Collin. He's watching your every move. And about Lucia. I believe she's up to no good.
Collin: How did Lucia find out where I was?
Logan: What do you mean?
Collin: She appeared at the mansion where I was with Rose. I just realized there was no way she should have known of my whereabouts.
Logan: I don't think you were really discreet about that, Collin. Even the guards knew where you were, and I am not joking. You are making every move of yours pretty obvious.
We all know you are going after that girl because of Eugene. What we don't know is why.
Collin: The why is none of your business. What you need to focus on is how to control Didi. Because next time I am coming back with her head, and I am not joking.
Collin walked off angrily, clearly pissed off by everything. His plan is being interfered with, and that is not something he is just going to sit by and watch.
Logan: You'd be the death of yourself.
Logan said in a whisper.

Tracy: Err... what's his issue?
Rose: Hmm? Who?
Tracy: Him.
Mom: It was Eugene. He was standing by a wall, arms crossed, talking with one of the guys, yet he was looking in our direction.
Eugene: I'll catch up with you later.
Guy: Sure, Boss.
With that, the guy went away. Eugene walked majestically with his arms in his pockets toward Rose and Tracy.
Tracy: Don't tell me he's coming to us.
Rose: .....
Mom: We stood still, unsure of what to do.
Eugene: You, come with me.
Tracy: ...
Rose: .....
Mom: Tracy and I stared at each other in confusion.
Tracy: Me...?
Eugene: Yes, you. Come with me.
Tracy: Uhhh, weird.
Ok, I'll join you soon, Rose. Wait for me at the cafe.
Mom: I just nodded, still confused. The thing is, Eugene had never spoken to Tracy, at least not that I know of, and based on Tracy's reaction, I guessed she was just as confused as I was.
Anyways, there is a first time for everything, I thought, and just left for the cafe.

Lucia: Is my father in there?
Guard: Yes, miss.
Lucia: Good. Now SCRAM!!
The guard just did as he was told and went away, afraid for his life. Lucia opened the large doors and entered the candlelit office. The office looked old and had a touch of the medieval period, unlike the modern style of the whole mansion.
This was the den of the Mafia Lord Tobias.
Lucia: Hello, Father.
Lord Tobias: What do you want? Speak and leave!
Lucia, unfazed, majestically walked towards her father, who was scrambling through letters and documents on his desk, with a grin on her face. She seemed used to the coldness her father was exuding.
Lucia: I brought news for you, Father. It's about your beloved son Collin.
She said slowly with a smile as she swiped her index finger on the desk.
Lord Tobias: ....
Lord Tobias seemed uninterested and simply ignored her.
Lucia, dissatisfied by not getting a reaction from him, went closer with both palms on the desk.
Lucia: Father, what do we say we kill him?
