"What?" Jotou swung open the door, rubbing her palm over an eye—only for her expression to change. Her brows knitted and she examined the drowsy figure in front of her.
It was Hotaru. Her hand was still flat against the door from the last knock she made and her head hung low, drifting from side to side. With an audible gulp, she tilted her head back and managed to face Jotou with larger than usual pupils.
One of Jotou's eyebrows raised, "Can I help you with something…?"
"Oh, I need sssomething, really reawlly badly," she said with a woozy fanged smile and multiple pauses in between.
Jotou blinked a few times till she felt a throbbing in her forehead, "Yeah, I'm not a big fan of people knocking on my door drunk, so hopefully you find what you need on your own," she began to close the door.
