Within the City of Makati, there was an accident. Between East Rembo and West Rembo, a traffic light that should be operating now was ignored by one of the car and continuously drove before being hit by a jeepney coming from the car's right.
The car was scratched, obviously. Though the impact was not strong, it still enough to cause the car to move sideward.
This incident made a huge issue. Since jeepneys still uses gasoline as fuel, they are now in a quite bad situation due to them having not much salary.
The driver, who crashed with the jeepney, opened its door and immediately went outside in rage as he saw the one that got him into accident.
"You motherfucker! Why didn't you stop when you saw my car?" He said as before getting the metal bad at the back of his car.
This made the surrounding people goes to panic, some calls the authority while some hide in order to not get involve.
However, the jeepney driver just stand there beside his vehicle looking at the fool man. Not afraid of the metal bat he's wielding, he just scoff and cross his arms.
"You are obviously in the wrong, sire. Can't you see the stoplight? If that turns red, I would've expected you to come since it would be green to yours. However, mine's green."
"I don't care about what you say, somebody, call the police so this bastard can go to jail!" He said, not giving any sympathy despite seeing the clothes the jeepney driving was wearing.
The authority nearby immediately responded to the calls of the concern citizen and began to inspect the current situation.

At the jail, two men argue. It was the jeepney driver and a man wearing a suit and tie. He seems to be a businessman according to the police.
The result of the investigation was, the car drove recklessly violating the traffic law. A cctv was issued not long before and thus, will be used against him.
"It was clearly his fault! He was not looking at the road carefully. I was merely driving to get to my job, and this scum suddenly crash into me! I'm the victim here!"
"You are the one who ignored the traffic light, how am I suppose to stop when I am at my near top speed?! You arrogant just because you were such expensive clothes!"
"You bastard, sergeant, please do arrest this person. I will do everything to sentence him so he can go to jail and reduce the reckless driver that roam around this country!" He said, but was completely ignored by the police in front of them.
The man of blue have a smug face as he stare at the businessman. Disgust by his current attitude he thought about giving him a lesson by dropping him to jail right this instance.
However, the higher ups still have the call, thus, he was left to babysit the two until they decide.
The argument gets hotter as the two converse to each other full of rage. It was not until the businessman made his move.
"You fucker. Get this!" Suddenly, the old jeepney driver was strucked by the chair. As the man drop to the ground, the businessman immediately tries to retrieve the chair and hit the man once again but was immediately put under control.
"W-what are you all doing, you bastards!" He complain.
"You are under arrest for directly hurting a person causing injury. You have the right to remain silent and everything you say will be used against you. You will also be hereby detained as pert of the security protocol." Said by the sergeant as he help the man rise from his position.
"Y-you, you didn't even make any action when I told you to arrest him and yet now you're even helping him! I will surely have you all fired!" He threatened the entire police inside the station which he regretted immediately.
"Oh we are not siding to a criminal, sire. We are simply trying to bring justice in a justified manner. Unfortunately to you, you won't be able to buy someone with your money anymore. The new leader of this country despise this kind of action, thus your case will be further worsen due to your unjust actions that greatly insult the Philippine National Police.
Welcome to the new country of ours, Mister Abad." He said before turning his focus to the man.
