Even with the deep sincerity she was imbuing into her voice - and even though it made me rather happy to hear - I still decided to play with her as I pouted and said "But what if I don't want to get pregnant here and now?"
That made my mate grin at me as she lowered herself completely, smothering me between her body - which was truly like a furnace now, her skin radiating more heat now than she had ever had before - and the furs we slept on, thawing me out completely and making sure I was sweating.
Maybe that was her goal, or maybe it was just what was going to happen regardless going forwards thanks to our differences from the bloodline changes, but either way it was definitely going to make everything more... interesting.
And considering my mate definitely had a thing for smells, the fact that she could make me sweat just by being on top of me was something she was going to 'abuse' going forwards, proven by how quickly she started to kiss my neck and then my shoulder.
