Upon first hearing it, those were words so cruel they seemed to verge on a loss of rationality.
But upon closer examination, there seemed to be nothing wrong—the demons, not all but most, had indeed killed some people. A few had even caused considerable destruction.
Even by the standards of the "First Consensus," which no one cared about anymore, they were already eligible for the punishment of exile... which meant being banished from Sky Island to the ground, filled with radiation and curses.
Nobody knew how they would eventually die, but it was presumably a process filled with pain and screams.
Perhaps they would melt away in agony, or their bodies would gradually weaken, their flesh withering day by day.
In any case, nobody had ever returned to Sky Island from the ground, nor had any messages been sent back. It could be directly interpreted that they had been erased from Sky Island—a death without even a tombstone or corpse.
