My Life in Dragon Ball is Too Easy

This is an Alternate Universe Dragon Ball story where all the world-building elements are fully maximized. The main character is born a Majin but quickly becomes a busted Bio-Android (think Cell but massively buffed) and exploits all the loopholes in the Dragon Ball Power System. Using his unthinkable strength and abilities, he takes over the world of Dragon Ball, making it better along the way.
