As Jake stood in front of the massive weight, the entire gym seemed to pause. All eyes turned to him. People scanned his features and quickly pegged him as a vampire due to his red eyes. His average frame didn't look anywhere near capable of lifting half the weight he was eyeing.
"Hey, vamp. I was surprised to see one of your kind here—y'all don't even work out. But I think I get it now... you're one of those content creators, huh?" a burly man said, approaching him. The guy was jacked, easily six-foot-five and packed with muscle—but as he got closer, he realized Jake towered over him. Almost seven feet tall. And those crimson red eyes? They sent a chill down his spine.
A small crowd started forming around Jake. While most still doubted he could lift the weight, his presence alone made everyone uneasy. There was something off and dangerous about him.
"What are you waiting for? Trying to aura farm us or something?" someone joked from the back.
The entire gym burst into laughter.
