Listening to Su Mo's inquiry, Manager He spontaneously responded:
"These people have come to my humble inn and have stayed for over a month.
"When I first saw them, I was quite surprised; they seemed to have come from the northwest. Although there are roads there, it's desolate.
"I simply thought they might have provoked something on the road and therefore resorted to moving stealthily.
"Running this small shop here, I do keep a few skilled individuals in the courtyard, so although such people are not particularly welcome, I wouldn't really turn them away."
Manager He was completely open and exhaustive in his conversation with Su Mo.
He originally intended just to do business, not particularly minding these people.
However, unexpectedly, once these people entered the shop, they seized the opportunity to cause trouble.
Manager He had seen such occurrences several times before at his shop, thinking they just wanted to exploit a bit.
