The room number 444 at the end of the corridor looked no different from the other rooms from the outside, but it seemed like it was rarely visited, with dust covering the railings and the steps of the stairway.
Perhaps because of the existence of this room, the entire safety passage on the right was seldom used by anyone.
"The key is here," said the man, taking the key off from around his neck, and let Han Fei open the door of the room, as his own body seemed to have reached its limits.
"You can't fall now, we must recover our memories together," Han Fei supported the man and approached the door of room 444.
He opened the door and walked in with the middle-aged man.
Room 444 might be dim due to old wiring, as all the lights failed to turn on, but fortunately, Han Fei had some White Wax candles left from the Marrying Ghosts ritual in his bag.
The light from the flames dispelled the darkness, allowing Han Fei to see the scene inside the room.
