Ou Lin grinned proudly. "What do you think? You can touch them if you want."
She looked tempted, very tempted.
But she hesitated.
So he gently reached for her hand, brought it forward, and placed it on his abs.
Qiao Li felt her cheeks burn. Her fingers twitched.
"They're real," she mumbled, almost to herself.
He laughed softly. "Told you I've been working out."
"Why…?" she asked, still lightly touching his stomach.
Ou Lin looked at her gently. "Because I knew one day… you'd look at me again like this."
Qiao Li's heart did a weird little flip.
But she quickly pulled her hand back and cleared her throat. "Alright, abs-boy. That's enough."
Ou Lin shrugged and grabbed his hoodie again, still smiling.
"Just say the word," he whispered, "and I'll model for your entire camera roll."
For the next few days, Ou Lin went full-on Romeo mode.
