The featureless face of the Galactic Will didn't change — not that it could. But Ning at least expected the thing to move it around a little. Most humans tried to look away when they thought through things or at least their face's muscles changed.
But this thing did nothing whatsoever.
"I was hoping you would agree to my request without looking for something in return. I'm afraid I haven't really planned anything to give you," the thing said. "If you have something in mind, please tell me. It will be easier for me that way."
Ning fell into a thought. A Galactic Will was trying to give him something. That was a big deal. He began wondering what he really wanted.
Truthfully, what he really wanted was to kill this Galactic Will, harvest its energy, and open a portal to another universe. That way, he would unlock Nuclear energy, allowing him to finally unlock all energies.
