It was a curse, but not one that would affect me directly, it was a curse that was stealing part of the energy from my attacks, it was collecting my energy and I had to keep from smiling when I realized this.
When I realized this, I also realized that every time I felt him doing something, it was synchronized with me performing an attack, it seems that this type of Curse was single-use or I was not the best target for this technique.
