After over twelve hours of grinding inside my Divine Realm, I was able to get that much so far, it was definitely the quickest way I've gathered essence, because I was abusing time dilation to do it.
While we were all outside, only like two hours passed! And with this, I think it was more than enough to do what I planned. I think I'll also leave the doppelganger farming some more before the demonic ability becomes "exhausted" and enters cooldown.
Yes, it happens, I cannot do this limitlessly after all… even though no description specifies it, the demonic ability itself, "overheats" after using it too much, and enters a cooldown of a couple of days.
