"Oh, why does someone sound so smug?" Ning Yanan nudged Qin Youxuan's shoulder with her elbow, squinting and glaring at her.

The two went back and forth like this, finally helping Qin Youxuan to really relax.
Seizing the moment, the makeup artist immediately stepped forward to touch up her makeup.
The wait was interminable and just as Qin Youxuan began to feel nervous again, someone finally came to announce that the ceremony was about to start.
"Where's Rui Hui? Rui Hui hasn't arrived yet?"
Qin Youxuan looked around anxiously.
"I just got the message that her plane with Diwu Zexuan is delayed. It seems they won't make it in time, but it's alright. Jiang Jinchen and I are here; they'll head straight to the reception later."
Ning Yanan patted Qin Youxuan's hand and pulled her up from the chair.
