Gradually, the weather became hotter, and early summer slowly turned into high summer, with a suffocating heat pervading everywhere.
The weather in June is fickle, clear in the morning and by noon it starts to rain, a heavy downpour shrouding everything in a misty haze.
Because of the rain, Shen Chi didn't go home for lunch but made do with a meal in the restaurant.
