"Help! Help!"
In the People's Park, two black men ran frantically, shouting for help as they sprinted. Not far behind them, two arresting dogs, their fur clung tightly to their bodies, charged toward them like wind and lightning.
Seeing there was no way ahead, the two black men quickly turned around and knelt with their hands up.
They seemed terrified of the arresting dogs, crying out with scared expressions on their faces, "Mom, help!"
"Whoo~"
The arresting dogs, about to attack, hesitated. They turned their heads towards their owner and whimpered, uncertain of what to do next.
Nearby pedestrians who saw this quickly gathered around, pointing at the arresting dogs and the black men and talking about what was happening, many of them took out their phones to capture the scene.
