A normal day in the grouphome for me looked like, going outside to get some air, an awoll(run away) to the dollar tree, and then back inside to smoke. that day was weird it was just different than normal, I spent weeks stuck in my room trying to get over Emi but for some reason that day I didn't think of her a single time.
I woke up grabbed a slice of toast from the breakfast serving staff had thrown on the table, then I went outside. The staff were confused and kept asking if I was finally feeling better, i didn't answer them because a group of the grouphome kids were walking toward the door and I needed a recap of what I missed during my shut in days. so I asked one of the boys names Chris he was always good at talking straight to the point. I didn't miss much but there was a new girl in the part of the grouphome that did house them.
They were on they're way to see what she looked like so I split off and walked to my usual spot under the shade, there was always a table and four chairs tucked by a building on the other side of the grouphome where my staff didn't care if I smoked because there were no cameras there. I saw a white girl sitting next to one of my favorite staff from the girls dorm. the staff's name was Julia she was the nicest, cutest, absolute down to earth person I knew. so I said my good morning then walked over to the white girl sitting at the table Julia separated from. I asked her if she smoked and she said yeah so I sparked my blunt and offered. she hit it a few times and I offered to Julia she smoked with me from time to time so she accepted and we went in a few circles passing it after a few hits each time.
Next thing I knew I had ended up talking with the white girl for a while, I found out her name was Aryanna so I called her Ary for short. After talking for a while I ended up going back to my room to get dressed for my "daily awoll" as I called them at the time. When I was about to leave I heard Chris saying the new girl's name was Aryanna spelled with a "Y" and that she was to "emo and scary". I didn't blame him honestly I thought she was pretty and I liked how she wore her black sweater, with her hood over her dyed hair.
I walked outside and heard Ary asking around about how to open the back gate so I told her I was leaving and could show her. She accepted and we headed toward the back gate together.
