"Felicity as long as I am with them I can assure you that I won't suffer the tiniest thing as a scratch so you can feel at ease and wait for me hmm?" Gabrielle cut in abruptly. She beamed at Felicity just before the automatic gate closed on them.
Gabrielle who has been waiting for this private moment bombarded Charlie with questions as soon as they left the gate.
"What happened that made all of you avoid me?" Gabrielle started. Although they were walking she didn't look at her path, instead, she stared at Charlie's face which was currently deprived of any emotions.
"Did you all plan this?" She continued despite that Charlie wasn't giving her any attention.
"Also, I called Steph's line and texted her countless times but I got no response. I would have understood it if others ignored my calls but why she?" Gabrielle yapped away. By the time she realised it, she and Charlie were standing in front of Stephanie's room.
