The content of the travelogue detailed this Legendary Healer's experiences in a strange world known as the "Dream Realm," which he entered to heal some troublesome patients.
According to Lord Doctor's accounts, it was a world of extreme horror, indescribable and devoid of any logic.
Within it lived an abundance of unimaginable creatures.
The Dream-eating Spirit was one of them.
Once trapped in the Dream Realm, it was almost impossible to awaken.
And a single "dream" could cost you your life. The Dream Realm might grant you eternal life, immense power, or endless wealth… It was indeed a world that could satisfy all desires.
