Adrian created numerous mirrors that absorbed the elemental vomit that the Primordial Beast of Gluttony. He then reflected it back even though he forced himself in doing so. Adrian managed to reflect the attack of the Primordial Beast of Gluttony, but it also cost his transformation and Kenos returning back to the Soul Chamber for an hour.
Adrian thought that the Primordial Beast of Gluttony will just eat the beams of light once again, but it could not. When the beams of light which is an attack that the Primordial Beast of Gluttony created was redirected back towards it, the Primordial Beast of Gluttony was unable to devour the attack again. The beams of light accurately hit the Primordial Beast of Gluttony and sent it back by a few meters.
