Just like their entrance, when Su Han and the others left the Dwarf Race, they were ejected from the volcano mouth.
Su Han even thought that when they came out, the flames and lava in the volcano were much angrier than when they went in. Su Han had ample reason to suspect that Fiery Grain was 'holding a grudge', being unable to do anything to him with the God Slaying Bell and the Nine Extremes Soul-Opening Chain, and hence trying to burn him to death with these flames.
However, Su Han possessed the Fire Attribute Origin; unless it were a more High-Level Fire Origin, mere ordinary flames—even those from the Primeval Period—had no effect on Su Han.
Of course, this was just Su Han's own conjecture. If Fiery Grain knew about it, they would probably be really pissed.
You tricked me and that's one thing, but now you're wrongfully accusing me?
