He sat in the spirit beast carriage, listening to the lady outside talking to her guards. She was probably saying that black robed men had attacked in the middle of the night, and she had gotten out of the carriage to check, only to find that a mysterious master had saved them. However, she had fallen into a deep sleep for some unknown reason and didn't know what had happened after that.
Perhaps because there were no losses and the black-clothed assassins were all dead, the guards disposed of the bodies on the ground and prepared to continue their journey.
Muchen got out of the spirit beast carriage and bowed to the lady, saying, "Thank you for your kindness, but I have to leave and cannot accompany you."
Seeing this, the lady just looked at him and said, "Be careful on your way, and we'll see you again someday."
"Mm." Muchen replied, glanced at her, and then quickly left on his own.
