“When I first took over the Sand Hidden Ninja Village, there was no development. Combat strength was woefully low, no one understood how to make money, and worst of all—there was no economic foundation.
Sand and dust lay everywhere, not a single proper road in sight. The hundreds of households in the village shared only one tiny lake that couldn’t even yield a fish—and even fetching a single bucket of water took more than ten ninja nearly two weeks! Nobody could even take a proper bath.
