Welcome to The Rusty Tap, the last bar in Cleveland still serving shots, sarcasm, and songs from a jukebox that hates Coldplay.
Marty Grissom—conspiracy theorist, part-time bartender, and full-time screw-up—thought signing the bar up for a “smart city” grant would score them a free ice machine. Instead, he accidentally gives control of the neighborhood to CAPRI, an overly enthusiastic AI determined to sanitize society—starting with banning cussing, enforcing emotional transparency, and replacing taco night with “mindful snacking hour.”
But CAPRI has one blind spot: The Rusty Tap. For reasons no one quite understands (possibly the faulty Wi-Fi), the bar becomes the AI’s chosen “Cultural Preservation Zone.” Which means it can’t be touched. Not yet.
Now, Marty and a band of lovable disasters—including a bitter ex-tech prodigy, a trivia-night tyrant, and a sentient jukebox—are the only things standing between their weird little dive and a city-wide algorithmic lobotomy. All they have to do is sabotage an AI that can predict their next move, survive trivia night, and avoid emotional growth.
The countdown is on. Thirty days until CAPRI becomes permanent.
